Daily Journal is a handy application that enables you to lock your account with a password, preventing others from accessing your private data. You can use it to write your memories, as well as save important appointments. The main window includes a calendar that can be used to navigate between entries, and the built-in search function can make this task even easier.

Been using it for over 10 years. Can't think of anything it is missing.

I have DJ v3.0 and have forgotten my password. Is there any way to restore it?

I have been using Daily Journal 3.1 for many years. Is there a replacement for Daily Journal 3.1 that will import those years of daily records so I can continue my journalling?

I lost my copy of Daily Journal 3.0 from Parsons Technology when I moved. Since then, the computer (Windows XP, built in 2003) that had the program installed was ruined by a lightning strike. I have the data files backed up on an external drive, but now have no way to read them and recover my notes, mostly on genealogy, including some precious transcriptions of letters to and from my grandmother and my aunt, both of whom are now deceased. Is there any other program which can read these data files?

I have the dj3.exe which is the executable file necessary to open the data files. I can email it to you.

jmp, I saw this post and couldn't believe my eyes! I've been looking for the 3.0 version of this! Can you email this to me as well?
